Photo Selection: Please send a photo via e-mail or regular mail.  The quality and focus of the photo determines the quality of your pencil portrait or landscape.  If you are requesting a pencil portrait with multiple subjects you may send separate pictures of each subject if necessary.

Portrait or Landscape Specifications: Please send me your contact information with your photo(s) and a brief description of what you would like.  Once I have looked over the photos I will contact you to discuss the project specifications and pricing.

Payment: A fifty percent deposit will be required upon initiation of the pencil portrait or landscape. Once the drawing is completed, I will send an image for your approval.  When you have approved your pencil portrait or landscape I will request the remaining payment. Upon receipt of the final payment I will securely mail the completed pencil portrait or landscape to the desired address.

Delivery Time: I will do my best to have your pencil portrait or landscape delivered to you within four weeks of receiving the deposit.  Please keep in mind that this time is subject to change based on my workload, the difficulty of the drawing and the delivery address.

Rushed Delivery: Rushed delivery is possible but will incur an extra charge.  This charge will vary based on my workload and the difficulty of the pencil portrait or landscape, and will therefore be determined on a case-by-case basis.
